How long does delivery take?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes:
- Major cities and metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional and outlying areas: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
You can use the tracking link at any time to follow your order’s journey from dispatch to delivery.
If you experience any issues with tracking your parcel, please get in touch and we’ll gladly assist.
What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If your item isn’t the right size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible returns received within 14 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Sale, discounted, and limited-release items are final sale unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange, please email us at returns@boldinfaith.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- Full name
- The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Photos (if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)
Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and provide instructions for the next steps.
